Soon many of us will be singing Robert Burns’ poem “Auld Land Syne”, and depending on the amount of alcohol consumed it may or may not sound similar to its Scottish origins.

As this final post of 2016, a new year offers us all another good time to reflect. Each of us individually and together have accomplished a great deal. Spend a few moments considering what you have accomplished and thank those that helped make it happen.

It is also natural during this period to reflect on what you could improve. Hence the traditions of creating new year’s resolutions.

We all want to continually learn and improve. That does not happen by knowing, but rather by questioning.

Questioning as the basis for improvement reminded me of the following parable.
